Lightroom Photo / Edit in Topaz Photo AI – worked then crashed on save
Same in Photoshop Filter / Topaz Photo AI
Lightroom File / Plugin Extras / Process with Photo AI – saved the DNG but did not remove the noise.
@Topaz3 Thanks for reaching out. I can help with this but I’ll need a bit more info.
Please upload the log files so I can see what’s going on in the application. To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and attach all the files to a reply here.
I should be able to determine next steps given that information.
Thanks for the response Tim… but it has resolved itself… A reboot and a reinstall helped. Also since then there has been at east two updates for topaz Photo AI. I appreciate you responding but 15 days is not a lot of use That is not meant as a criticism just an observation I am sure that the team has much to do and had this been worse I would have been on to you again!!..
