"Error cannot open output file."

I normally use Faststone to open the phone in Topaz Photo AI but now after processing the file the updates in the last month or so report "Error cannot open output file.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. In Fastsone I right click “Edit with external program”
  2. When Photo AI has finished its job I press “Save to Fastsone Image Viewer”
  3. Quit, because it will not save
