Error after update video ai to v7

I just installed the update, nothing works anymore, no templates, help, I’m a professional and I need this urgently!!!

I got errors (in red color) as:

  • resolution error
  • driver error.
  • I got also “Error - Preview error”.

I’ve had a lot of problems with your updates in recent weeks. It’s becoming really problematic and unsettling. You need to do something about it!

You need to update your GPU driver to a newer Studio Driver than the one you are currently running.

You can download a newer Studio Driver from the NVIDIA drivers update page.

Thanks Kyle, the driver change worked here. However Starlight mini does not launch, despite a long wait.

Hi @kyle.topazlabs - unfortunately all Studio drivers since about a year ago are unusable with many issues

When loading Starlight Mini up, it does take some time to first analyze the video file before beginning to process, this time can vary depending on the video specs. It should start processing once it completes this task.

Currently I am running the latest Studio Driver released on the 19th without issue and many users have reported the previous version 576.02 worked as well. What issues are you seeing with studio drivers on your end? Are they in other apps or in ours?
