I am getting an error after the upscaling and frame interpolation of a video in Topaz Video AI. The error only appears when the rendering is 100% completed. I do not get the error when exporting a small portion with the same settings. There is a lot of disk storage available even after rendering (over 2 TB) logsForSupport.zip (932.8 KB)
The logs are showing a file path issue with the input video and the app not being able to find it. Can you confirm that the file path is correct and the video is there?
Might also need to look at if the app has Full disk Access as well.
The previews render to a different file path that is set in a temporary folder hence why they will process when the exports might not.
