When you have a picture with multiple faces, sometimes realistic will do a great job with most faces but sometimes it will make some faces look strange, especially around the eyes. For those faces, the creative option may work better but unfortunately that is then used for all faces and then some of those other faces don’t quite look like the person.

Really I want the option to choose specific settings for each face, so I can choose Realistic for those faces where it looks better and Creative for the others.

You can always manually add a second, or more, adjustment layer and trim the mask in each one to a different face.
