Enhancement flyouts reposition image

When the enhancement panel is on the right side of the window and enhancement flyouts are opened, the image is shifted to the left. When an open flyout is closed, the image is shifted to the right. These shifts are the same width as the flyout panels.

Constantly shifting the image left/right is disorienting. I don’t believe previous versions had this behavior.
