Enhancement feature isnt working anymore

Hello, recently whenever i add images to enhance, as i did many times before, the image enhancement loads with no results. I’m very confused as to what caused this change. Topaz is unusable as of now, I appreciate the help

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1: Upload an Image
2. Step 2: Select upscale option
3. Step 3: Whether i use Standard V.2 or High Fidelity V.2, no results
