I have grown sick and tired of the endless marketing emails from Topaz. I cannot recall any other place I have ever dealt with that is so relentless in sending me excessive, unwanted emails. And you might ask well why don’t I simply unsubscribe? Well then how am I going to get an email that actually matters to me since there is no way to update individual preferences - it is all or nothing.
Anyway, I have unsubscribed and will just have to come to the website if something goes wrong and hope I do not miss some actual important news.
But seriously, I wish you companies would just sit back and really think whether your customers want daily (sometimes more than daily) emails. There is far more to life than Topaz…
