Encoding of Large Files Fails to Finalise

In version 5.0.4 when processing a longer file, such as a full length movie, that takes 11 hours to process, when it reaches 100% it fails to finalise the output file. The output file is there together with the temp file. One 360Gb the other 380Gb, however neither can be opened or played.

I have included a screen grab of what the export box looks like when this happens. The three dots keep animating despite the 0s (0fps) status. Sometimes on a second attempt (a further 11 hours later) it will finalise the encoded file properly.

Log files attached.

In the logs the processes are showing as an exited 9 error code which usually means a pause or crash in the attempt due to the computer going to sleep or stalling out. Could also be the external drive losing connection during the export.

Is your Mac set to go to sleep at anytime?
