I have been testing Topaz Video for several days. There was a strange error today.
email and password don’t match or an unexpected error occurred
I have been logged out and cannot log in again
If this continues (ie repeatable) I would suggest you open a support ticket.
It sounds like it could be a problem on the back-end servers.
Having same problem.
