Either a black screen after processing or "unable to run the selected model"

I’m using Topaz Video Enhance AI and I get “unable to run the selected model” for most options but when I run artemis V12 it seems to work. The only issue then is that after it’s finished processing it’s just a black screen with sound.

My GPU is a Radeon 5700XT, all my drivers are fully updated. If anyone has any input it’d be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Disclaimer: I’m totally new at using VEAI.
The only thing I can think of is check Preferences → Model Manager and make sure you have them all downloaded—that you want to use.
What do you have the output set to?
What is your input?
