Trying to remove Topaz Labs–> Topaz Photo AI from the filters menu.

I’ve removed preferences, .plists, apps, everything I can find, yet it refuses to go away.

Can you test this path here and delete any plugin with AI in the naming:

  • Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC**

Make sure Photoshop is closed before doing this!**

Yup, I finally found what I was looking for in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC

A little frustrated that when you download Photo AI, it prompts you to install Photo, but leaves Photo AI bits behind. But all is well now!
