Dear Topaz team,
When I load any image I don’t have an option to select a model, the interface is just empty:
However, it upscales the image, and the Auto model bottom sometimes switches it.
The Compare Models tab also shows nothing:
All models (20GB) are downloaded and verified after several reinstalls. I didn’t have this issue with Gigapixel 8.2.0. The only difference is with version 8.3.1 I downloaded models to a different location during installation, but the paths for models in the registry are correct.
I’m using version 8.3.1.

I gave up.. I guess there’s something wrong with my windows 10.
Does the 8.3.2 have the same issue for you?
8.3.2 displays the models, but Redefine doesn’t work with it and just errors out. I wanted to test that feature.

How to switch to old UX ? i prefer the older view of size, models and options - all in 1 column, no need to click to see options. It’s time wasting now.

The new interface is great no more of that constant scrolling up and down, the menus up and down, up and down

same, i contacted the support and they said that they are investigating this issue, meanwhile i am using photo ai to do image upscaling till this bug get patched
dont try downgrading or redownloading the model because this issue will carry on even after you cleaned the reg and temp files

Getting between models takes one click.
Simply hover over the header for the model title, where a pop-up will appear, allowing you to click once between desired models.
