Education | How To Clear Space On C: Drive If Photo AI Is Currently Installed On Another Drive

When exporting to another drive, disk space is used anyway on the C: drive, which is even not the one where Topaz is installed, and that is low on disk space. Topaz is on disk M:, models are on disk T:, export is on Samba, and somehow, C: is used… filling it up.
version: 3.5.1

Even if installed on another Drive, C space is still needed for temp files. 3 to 5GB of space minimum would be needed. Make sure to clear that space and retest!

If any permanent Files are on C, you can delete them, but it will be important to make sure they are correctly installed on the other drive.

I get it, but would still suggest to use space on the drive Topaz is installed to, as C: might be considerably slower, have unclearable space, or be part of a progressive backup, which would increase the size of every snapshot…

Thanks

I’ve had to uninstall over 60GB from my C: drive so far, and Topaz Photo AI keeps taking it. I have 2TB free on my photo editing drive, would love to use that instead. Thanks for your consideration! Edit: C: is a 256GB boot drive, so I will run out of space soon.
