Images are Not saving. Sometimes they appear to complete the process, but nothing happens. In other cases, the edits simply do not save (“Edits skipped”)
This is quite unacceptable.--------

If you get the skipped error, it’s one of these reasons:

  1. When doing a batch, incorrect or missing step which makes some images not have any enhancements. Make sure to follow the batch processing steps to avoid this
  2. You mention using standalone, but in case someone else get the error, it can also occur when using from Photoshop, using the shortcut for Last Filter. This Last filter shortcut does not work for third party programs. To make sure to use Topaz Photo AI lower in the filter list to avoid the error.

Not sure, what you mean please elaborate and I’m a little confused as to why you responded to a reply I obviously posted by mistake and have since deleted.

Surely, your efforts would have been better spent thanking the real saviour here “Ange” for helping you or at least give Ange’s reply a Like and not forgetting the rest of the Support Team for all that they do for this community.

I was not doing batch processing. ’
I always use Ai as a standalone rather than accessing it from LR or PSW.
Although it happens without rhyme or reason, it most frequently happens if I have previously processed and saved an image, and seek to use the same raw file to do different iterations of edits in Ai and save those to the same location. Apparently, your program embeds data in the original file raw file. I determined this by using a fresh copy of the same raw file that has not been through the Ai process and if I delete the first version from where it was saved.

It can be cached information from your LR or PS program too! Make sure to start with a fresh file and if issues remain make sure to send logs from your all (Help menu) and exact steps to replicate and we can have a look!

We don’t have any reports on this happening to anyone else, but curious to see what happens in your workflow.
