Topaz cannot process files with ? character. "
My file does not have that character.

? is not allowed in Windows for file and folder names…unfortunately it can still happen that such files with special characters exists e.g. during a download and unzip and windows lets it go through..then this can lead to the character not being displayed but is there, hidden or you see special chars and you can’t do anything with this file even delete does not work.

I don’t know if this is the case here, but it could be. check this thread

I use Macos.
Removing the ? from the name folder fixed the issue.
