Cloud Rendering is now available in Video AI v5.5.0 and above.
This is an additional feature, so local rendering is not going anywhere. You can continue to render locally as you’ve always been able to.
Why Use Cloud Rendering?
- Process large batches in parallel – No limit to the number of simultaneous jobs.
- Render long videos on low-power machines – Export without stressing your system; even works while your computer is in sleep mode.
How It Works
- Cloud credits can be purchased here.
- When ready to export use the cloud export button found next to the “Export As” button
- Video is processed on cloud servers, and you can continue using your device. You will need to wait until the video is uploaded before closing the app/turning off your computer.
- Completed files will be available in the export queue under the cloud tab
Current Limitations
- H.265 and AV1 are the only enabled codecs for now.
- Cloud renders can support up to 16K.
- The following AI Models are not enabled for Cloud Rendering: Rhea XL and Aion (for slow motion).
- Rotation, Trim (In/Out Points), Telecine, Motion Deblur, Stabilization, and SDR to HDR (Hyperion) are not currently enabled for Cloud Rendering.
- At the moment, Credits are not updating in real time, so be aware of a delay. Restarting will always refresh the correct credit balance.
To disable cloud rendering:
