Edited images not saving to chosen locations.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Opening image to be edited
  2. Export edited image to folder or desktop
  3. Exported image doesn’t appear in either location

Hi John,

See attached for my system info. I’ve been using Topaz AI Photo with no problems for the past couple months. The issue I shared, only happened after I updated to the latest version of the software earlier this week.

We will need the full system profile to understand the problems you are having with the application as this will give us a better understanding of your GPU and driver to help troubleshoot.

You should see an option to Save All Information to create a dxdiag file that you can attach to this email for us to review.
