Edit video input dialogue - add how to interpret footage fps

Something between a bug and an idea/feature request as i find this option much more essential.

I have a super8 video that was scanned frame to frame, it means that my video which is ‘officially’ 25fps, actually should be interpreted as 18fps.
I want to use the frame interpolation to REALLY make it a 25fps video; meaning that i want to interpret the footage as 18fps, and then let AI interpolate the necessary frames. (Davinci/Premiere can do this).

So, just add the fps field to the already exisiting Edit Video Input Diaologue window.

Because now, i have no idea how to do such an essential fps conversion.

Agree. This would be very useful. Changing the source fps for source files with wrong fps settings. It would eliminate the entire process of going via some video editing software for each file, just to change it to for example 18 fps, which was the original fps the footage was captured in.
