Edit first or upsize first?

When I’m going to edit a photo in Lightroom, should I edit it and then upsize it in Photo AI (current version or an older version of Gigapixel either one) I wonder – should I edit first, then upsize? Or should upsize first and then edit? Or does it matter?

It would be recommended that you edit first and then upscale last.
