Nothing new according to some older posts here but I noticed further degradation when it comes to dowloading products or updates through my 1GB fiber internet access. I do notice any other degration and it seems consistent regardless which week day or time.
Also, the installation of e.g. Photo AI takes roughly 10 minutes on a brand new computer with reasonable specs. I wonder what exactly is that unique to Topaz and its product that would not permit similar solutions like other companies distributing significant figures of download requests and volume?
It is not that I install and download products every day but - and that is another annoying issue - loging off from Topaz web page or moving away will either further slow down download speed or break the download process completely meaning I have to start over.
It would be appreciated making application management more up to date.
