I am also experiencing an issue since I updated Topaz yesterday. When I try to upscale, the time remaining goes to around an hour, fluctuates up and down, then the screen flashes and I get an error in the app. When I try to close the input, I get the blue screen of death and my computer reboots. Screenshots attached. Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information.

Looks like you were running an older driver for the GPU that needed to be updated, once that was done the app was having an issue with the file loaded in and could not read one or more of the audio stream channels for some reason.
Try running the video through again but swap the Audio Mode in the codec settings to Convert instead of Copy and see if that works. If not, email the support team the updated logs and a link to this forum post so we can take a look. help@topazlabs.com
You are getting a different error issue it seems but it could also be related to the GPU driver, go to the NVIDIA drivers update page and make sure you have the latest Studio Driver for your card.
Install that and then try running your clip again. If you get another error, pull the updated logs and send to the support team as well. help@topazlabs.com
