Hello, I just bought Topaz AI, tried to upscale some pictures. By the time to save on my pc it was no progress, the system froze, I could only click cancel processing. Nothing upscaled saved.

Steps to reproduce issue:
I download a smaal picture and let it scan and automatically upscale.
There is “enhasing in progress”, the circle is not fully blue. But it doesnt seem to move anymore.
I click SAVE, and add prefix, suffix, I choose where to save it. Click on SAVE again and there is nothing. No progress, I can click only “Cancel progressing”.
What can I do about it? Maybe there is a bug or sth?
It sounds like the processing is stalled on your computer.

Open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
