I click the download button for starlight mini, and the progress bar aappears and then dissapears and it never downloads.
If the model has not downloaded correctly from the In-App checker, you will need to reinstall the app and clear existing models and files to get that to run again.
If you have the issue happen again, please grab the logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
