Sound like a great app but never made it after “downloading models” step.

Here are the steps to follow to resolve this issue:
- Important: Make sure you turn off your firewall, antivirus, and VPN (you can turn them back on once the installation process is done)
- You can download a new installer from the Topaz Labs Download Page.
Once you download and open this new version, you should be able to click on the blue ‘Activate’ button and log in using the email associated with your Topaz Labs account and password.
Once authenticated, please try the same model again and let me know if you get the error.
