No matter what your no doubt MBA qualified manager might say about outsourcing all effort to the customer, downgrading customer support is a surefire path to irrelevance, and if you continue on this path I will not be renewing any of my many purchases.
The problem at hand - I have uninstalled and reinstalled Gigapixel many times, and it still won’t open. I have gone through your recommended process for fixing this process three times now, and it still won’t open.
And yet the only ‘support’ you offer points me back to the same faulty information. Do better, or lose my custom.
