[Please I have photo a1 installed on my laptop, saw there was an update about halfway through the installation an error web connection error, checked my service was still active, hit the ok button and the update was gone.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]
Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files. Which version of Photo AI do you currently have?
Running the installer again may also help to download the rest of the model files needed.
