In v3.3.3, I do not see the option to “don’t save” a photo processed in Photo AI? I would appreciate your help. Thank you so much.
do you mean beyond “close image?” if you don’t explicitly export the processed image it doesn’t get saved, as far as I know.
David, thank you for the response. “Close image” seems like what I am asking. I have a feeling that this is going to be an obvious question…but where is “close image” located?"
Hi.
Goto File and select Close Image alternatively, simply press Command or Control W
Hope this helps
AND-E: The only option in the File pull-down menu is Save. Also, pressing Command or Ctrl.-W does nothing. I might mention that I am using Photo AI v3.3.3 on an iMac.
Hi kdvercella.
File > Close Image & Command W (Close Image) are the standard menu item and keyboard shortcut for the Mac
Here’s a screenshot
Therefore, they might have been removed or disabled, the best thing to do is contact Topaz Support directly

Thank you for the reply. Looking at the shortcuts in Preferences, you are certainly correct. I will have to contact Topaz Labs. In the meantime, I can simply quit Photo AI & the image won’t be saved.
If you get a solution, could you post it here? There are a lot of dangling threads and most problems show up more than once.
David, I will. I have a query into Topaz support.
Hi kdvercella.
just a little thing really, please use the reply link for replying to messages in future
Because, are you aware you haven’t been replying directly, you’re just been reposting.
So, none of us received an email from Topaz informing us that you have answered our messages
Thanks
I’m so sorry. I believe that I clicked the blue reply button. Apparently that was wrong. For this reply I clicked on the grey reply button direcxtly below your response. Hopefully, I got it right. Please let me know.
Brilliant thanks
