Does Topaz respond to any tech support requests?

Been trying to get a response from them since Nov 24. Received no info. I have gotten some suggestions on this forum, but unfortunately still having an issue. Have updated my request to them a few times with additional info and a link to the community thread with all the info.

Wondering if anyone has heard from them lately.

Apparently they don’t. I’m done with them and will move to On1. I have had almost all their plugins from the start. All are uninstalled now. No response after 5 tech requests from Nov 24th on. Will miss sharpen and denoise, but they stopped loading for some reason and no response. Wanted to support local (to me) company. Good luck and good bye.
