When I update Topaz Photo AI 2.1.4 it downloads fine, but when I run AI 2.1.4 it says the models need to be downloaded before the image can be processed. This takes at least 10 minutes before I can use the plugin in Photoshop Elements 2020.
Why did you post in Ideas? No feature request here.
Actually on 2.1.4 did not have this problem.
I have the same problem. I have done both repire and reinstall, but still not work.
