Do you run stacked enhancements?

Hello! This is my first post here.

So, the reasoning behind my question is the following:

One thing that seems to work for me, especially for lower res videos, is to run two separate enhancements, with different settings. The second run enhances the result from the first one. I’ve even ran up to three enhancements in a row.

Now that we have Iris, would you consider useful, to run it first, to enhance faces, and then run one of the other models to enhance the videos even more?

If you do something like this, what’s been the best workflow for you?

With Iris v1, I would sometimes do Iris 2x then Gaia 2x on DVDs. This typically produced results better than Iris 4x or Gaia 4x on their own.

I didn’t experiment much. There are probably other configurations that work better.

until now I was using artemis hight/medium + iris without upscale, I just found a better combination just now. it’s quite fabulous :slight_smile:

-artemis hight (recovery original details 100%) + gaia hq + grain amout 1 size 1, production in sd (without upscale)

-artemis medium (recovery original details 100%) + iris, production in sd
