Upload all of these log files to this thread and we can review them.

I have attached a sample image and other requested files. The edges of the contrasting architectural areas are pixelated. I updated the software and tried again.

An incorrect region after processing the DNG file with Topaz

@ulaskarsan thanks for uploading those.

It looks like the graphics card may be outdated. Please update the drivers here: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/764512/gfx_win_101.2115.exe

Give that a try and see if it changes the behavior.

Hi, I updated the graphics drivers, but no change. There are more obvious errors, especially in the strong denoising mode. It is clearly visible in bright areas in the picture. Have you tried it on your systems?

It does not give an error when using the same image as a TIF.

@ulaskarsan Thanks for updating the drivers.

I was able to reproduce the issue on my end, although it doesn’t look quite as apparent as on the screenshot you uploaded.

I’ve documented this for my team to take a look at and try to find a solution. Turning down the strength of the RAW Remove Noise Normal model seemed to help a tiny bit.

Thanks for your patience as we continuously train our AI models to produce the best results possible!
In the meantime, I would process as a TIF instead of a RAW like you said.
