I have been working around the DNG image size bugs for a long time. It is widely reported in the forums and has been since at least 2019. I ran a really simple test. Open a ARW file in denoise, denoise and save as a DNG file. Open in it Sharpen, and my 4000x6000 is now reported as 171 x 256, even though the files size is 140 MB. No other software was used between the file processing. The bug is in Denoise and should be easy to track down. I think the Denoise code is used in PhotoAI. If it is, that would explain the reported DNG troubles.
