Distortion on loading a Nikon NRW file

This image has a distortion on the right. The image seems to get a 90 degree angle on it. You can see with the vapor trail.

Hi John, I did send you the files requested, but I have not heard from you. I notice the problem can occur on the bottom of the image, as well as on the right (not at the same time!)
