I updated Photo AI to the newest version and found that a couple of changes made are impacting the functionality.
What I liked about how Photo AI are the following aspects.
- Intuitive to use
- Photos began to be updated right away
- Hold click to quickly look back and forth at an photo after making changes to it.
What I’m experiencing now.
- I’m a little confused by not being able to tell how much specific changes are impacting a photo. For example, chosing face recovery removes the side-by-side photo comparison. It then isn’t clear if changes have been made to a photo and to what degree. Additionally, I no longer can hold click on the image in order to see it’s old version.
Those things combined creates an overall worse experience. If the software had been like this when I first discovered it, then I probably would have purchased a competitor instead. The ability to see changes that are made as they are happening and then make easy comparisons between the two photos is critical for this softwares use.
