Disk access error

I researched the issue and followed the recommendations and it did not fix it. I was not having an issue with avi file downloads until recently. Here is what the error message says "There was an error accessing the location “/Untitled”. Please allow Full Disk Access in the System Settings. This is on a Mac Sequoia 15.4.1. Any help would be appreciated

Can you pull the logs from the app to send over to the support team for investigation.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Clearing the Plist files on the system can at times help resolve this issue and reset the apps preferences.

The logs are pointing to the file output path as being set to read-only access.

There also seems to some issues with the interleaving of the original source file in the AVI format with the app.

I would recommend converting with Handbrake and see if that helps resolve that issue with the bitstream corruption that the source file has in it.
