Discrepancy between processed view and saved image

There is a difference between the processed image in Topaz and the resulting DNG in Capture one.

One screenshot shows the processed image in Topaz and the second screenshot shows how it looks in Capture One Pro and the native OSC Preview app after being saved from Topaz Photo AI.

If you look in the upper left corner of the bucket, you will see an anomaly in the final saved image that does not appear in the processed view in Topaz.

Any suggestions? It seems to be a Sharpen related issue as I’ve also saved the image from Topas with noise turned off and a similar anomaly appears.
