has anyone experienced credits disappearing/showing as 0?
I have a pre-Starlight version of VAI, and decided to give Starlight a try via the online version - it worked fine for a while, then started intermittently showing 0 credits.
Logging out and back in solved it for a while, but now it’s showing 0 all the time (however if I open my old VAI standalone app, it’s still showing remaining credits)

Are you seeing the 0 credits in the web portal interface on when looking at Starlight in the Video AI app on your computer?

In my desktop app I see credits, but in the web app I didn’t but now it’s back again - I’m not sure why, it was down for a good while to the point where I bought some other credits under a different e-mail.

I will let the web team know so they can look into what was affecting the web side of the system so that they can make sure it stays linked.
