I have an image of a vehicle in the Arctic. It is not clean. However, the denoise feature of PhotoAI cleaned much of the dirt streaks off of the vehicle. Maybe you need to train it on dirty vehicles.

I think this is just a Topaz huge limitation AGGRESSIVE issue, though.
When we had TVAi, we had noticed that in Tombstone (at the wedding ambush) natural dust debris were “super smoothed out”, even at HQ, MQ & LQ (manual & automatic [all models vetted]) settings, Dynamic & fixed bitrate, ect. parameters.
Surely they can fix it. Train the models better. In this case it was being too aggressive.
