This is what i noticed using Dion DV once in a while, it will remove noise from mostly very lighted area’s, but darker area’s, especially in the color blue, it will sometimes completely ignore it. I’ll add two screenshots of two good examples while upscaling a Queen concert.
Moving to general as this is not a bug.
Dione DV is trained on deinterlacing.
Try adding a second enhancement model and use Nyx which has been specifically trained on removing noise.
File > Preferences > Advanced > Features > Show second enhancement feature
