Can anybody translate this? A permissions problem on an installation?
If you have recently upgraded to Catalina I believe they changed root permissions. Unless someone with a Mac has a answer I would suggest you raise a support request at the main website for Topaz Labs.
I have Catalina and installed AI Mask without any problem. Not much help, but maybe it rules out the O/S.
