Is it normal to see Windows think the frame rates are different for the same file, exported as h.264 versus ProRes 422 HQ?
Not to my knowledge. Looks like the ProRes is coming out at an unusual frame rate of 30.03 is that right?
Can you share the logs from these processes so I can have the team take a look and see if this is a regression bug or something new?
Omfg I moved to ProRes422HQ because of FFV1 broken …
From HEVC it sounds OK,

Enhanced using thd-3; revert compression at 0; sharpen at 20; reduce noise at 0; and focus fix Off. Changed resolution to 7680x4320

But I also got some strange things on long encoding with huge file size
It get stuck à 99%, file is complet and framerate is nut like 32564654 fps
→ reencode AV1, solved
EDIT : Hyperion + Proteus give wrong fps, source id QTFF,
Instead of 23.976
EDIT2 : frame rate is badly detected by TVAI
Frame rate : 23.976 FPS
Way to reproduce the problem
→ TVAI some footage @23.976 fps with ProRes4:2:2 HQ, it outputs .mov @ 23.976fps (avg_frame_rate = ok)
→ Import that file in TVAI, check FPS, it is set @ 24.026fps
Yes, the .mov was the ProRes. I do not know how accurate this Windows File Explorer frame rate column is, so I should check the files out on the Mac and see if it agrees.
