DeNoise, Sharpen and Gigapixel shut down after loading an image

The only Topaz program that opens for me is photo AI.
DeNoise, Sharpen and Gigapixel shut down immediately after loading an image. The same when opening from Lightroom plugin. I have uninstalled, checked for upgrades and reinstalled. I have the same problem.
