Denoise not saving image in lr classic

hi my denoise updated image is not saving an image back in lightroom classic am I missing some news or can someone assist?

What image are you processing: TIFF, PNG or JPEG. If your passing a RAW file you will need to make sure it saves in the Original Folder, then synchronize that folder in LR.

thanks originally RAW and then it produces a tiff

That image passed will be updated unless you use Save as and save a different file which would need to be synchronized to appear in LR.
