Denoise AI V1.1.1 Wierd Result

I’m getting weird color artifacts on the final picture (iPhone SE) in this example - see “hotspots” on right arm sleeve.

Application & Version: Topaz Denoise AI Version 1.1.1

Operating System: Windows 10 (10.0)

Graphics Hardware: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2

OpenGL Driver: 3.3.0 NVIDIA 430.39

CPU RAM: 16336 MB

Video RAM: 6144 MB Total, 5406 MB In Use

Preview Limit: 7723 Pixels

That is strange, please raise a Technical Support Request at the Topaz Labs website. They may ask you to supply the image and the settings you used.

Should have enough GPU power there, the NVIDIA driver has an update but shouldn’t matter.

I had the same problem and I posted it but don’t remember the title now. I think that moving the enhance sharpness slider to max removed it. I’ve only had it on one picture.

The “Enhance Sharpness” slider affects the number of the red hot spots with 0 sharpness the largest number and size of red spots whereas maximum 1.0 leaves only the most picture central clump of red hot spots but doesn’t totally eliminate them.

It happens…

Yep, it looks like Topaz should definitely look into this one.

Remember to raise a support request as this is a user to user forum.

FROM PRODUCT SUPPORT June 20:

This is an issue that we are aware of and are working to resolve this issue in the update to DeNoise AI. That release should come out in the next few weeks, though we do not have a set timeline at this point.

Please be on the lookout for an upcoming update!
