DeNoise AI - Plugin to Ps CC 2019 Crashed on Launch

Launched the plugin from the Ps CC 2019 host Filters menu (using Win 7 PC).

Product immediately crashed.

Snip attached:

Go to the event viewer and run that to see what caused the crash.

I don’t know where to find that. Can you point the way?

Where in the hierarchy would the correct data be?

In The Application entry you need event box larger and check each application error, if you clcik on a Error entry and then click on the Level header it will sort starting from the Error entries, around the time it happened:

I think I’m getting tired. Is this the kind of data you think will contain useful info?

Are your Video Drivers up to date and is PSCC using the same High Performance GPU as DeNoise AI?

I believe PSCC preferences Performance will tell you what GPU you have and whether or not you are using it.

For DeNoise AI you can find the info in Help-> Graphics info and it will also tell you the driver version.

Yes, the video drivers are up-to-date. B/c of all the beta products I’ve checked much more regularly than in the past.

There is also a Ps CC update that came out in the past 2 days. But my sense is that it’s geared toward fixing issues arising from the latest Mac OS. It’s not the anticipated big Ps CC 2020 yet.

Other than ongoing logout b/wn launches of CC Issues, my Ps CC is behaving well & responsively.

Can you post the info from the Help-> Graphics info please.

I’ll chk once I’m up & about. Have posted previously.

Had corresponded with Russell about some recommended GPUs that were on sale at the time couple months ago. He didn’t seem to think going thru the purch/install effort would do much for me (Topaz products performance wise) given their collaborations & the tech they are optimizing their products for. A few times Ashley remotely ‘drove’ my PC & chkd out various settings too.

Maybe someone with AMD GPU can tell you which of their utilities causes problems, I believe there is something that is installed that causes issues. It could be called Wattman or Adrenaline or something like that.

Apart from that you will need to ask for technical help at the main website.

Thx for the assessment & suggestions!
