It doesn’t open. All I can see after double-clicking it is the Name DeNoise AI on the top left side of my screen using Apple MacBook Air. I tried reinstalling different versions of DeNoise, also shut off, turn on my MacBook Air Millions of times. Nothing happens. Also using it as standalone, exporting for edit in Lightroom shows the same. Lightroom crashes and DeNoise doesn’t open…I just bought the program 2 weeks ago and I really don’t know what to do now. Getting a little mad because there is no real support to help me with it. Did a request couple of days ago, so far nothing…that is not what I intended when I got this software…any suggestions from you? Does anyone know this problem? I would be really thankful for help!
