Looks like it stripped out some saturation as well as taking out the “gradient” tonal range you had in the top image… But it is - at least - still in the same color (hue) family.
What happens if you try to slightly increase saturation on the bottom image either in Lr, Ps, or Topaz Studio 2. Does the richness of the blue and/or the gradient of blues come back - but just w/out the original noise?
As fotomaker stated, the denoised image is a little desaturated but the hue looks identical to me. I think the results are pretty good.
