I have the trial version of DeNoise and it crashes when I do a batch process. It usually gets as far as the 30th image and then freezes. I bought AI Sharpen and batch processing works without a problem. Is this a bug?
I take it you mean DeNoise AI. Please open the application and go to Help-> Graphics info, press Copy and paste the info here.
Also go to Preferences and post a screenshot of all the settings, you may need to expand the Advanced section. If you can’t post it here please put it on a file sharing site and post the link.
