DeNoise AI and Topaz Photo Ai Problems

  1. I use DeNoise AI (3.7.2) as a stand alone. I don’t understand why each time I open a RAW image the software crops the photo significantly. How can I stop the software from auto cropping?

  2. Topaz Photo Ai (1.1.9) does not work at all. I can open it, but it cannot load images and it cannot update.
